From farm to fork

The Danish Agriculture & Food Council is the only industry organisation whose members represent the entire value chain from farm to fork. Local agricultural associations, joint associations and family farming associations represent approximately 22,000 members nationwide.

We also have around 300 corporate members, representing both food-producing companies and businesses affiliated with the sector.

Our corporate members include, among others, dairies, slaughterhouses, feed and supply companies, processing and manufacturing companies, trading companies, manufacturers of agricultural machinery and farm equipment, manufacturers of machinery for the food industry, producers of ingredients and additives, research and advisory companies, banks and insurance companies.

Our corporate members range from large, global companies to small businesses with only a few employees within the food cluster.

In addition, a significant share of the food cluster’s industry networks and trade associations are members of the Danish Agriculture & Food Council.
